This is not a class to perform in. It is a space to practice noticing, creating, documenting, gathering, and returning through guided workshops.

You can write digitally, print your entries, or carry the practice into a notebook, walk, gathering, conversation, or creative project. Some people use the website. Others use paper. Many do both.
The shop offers simple physical tools — notebooks, printed pages, writing materials, and other practice-based items — made to support reflection offline.
