The practice does not have to stay on the screen.

You can write digitally, print your entries, or carry the practice into a notebook, walk, gathering, conversation, or creative project. Some people use the website. Others use paper. Many do both.

The shop offers simple physical tools — notebooks, printed pages, writing materials, and other practice-based items — made to support reflection offline.
